We rebuilt the order-to-courier matcher so every new order gets routed to the best-fit courier the moment it lands in the queue. Cancellations drop, on-time rates go up, and operators stop fighting the dispatch board.
Delivery slots are now fully configurable per store. You can open and close windows, rebalance load between zones, and tune slot sizes to match real demand without a deploy.
