In-delivery item edits and cash handling

Customers can now add, remove, or swap items mid-delivery, with cash and card amounts recomputed on the fly.
Orders can be edited while they are already out for delivery. Add an item, drop one, change a quantity — the app recomputes the bill and walks the courier through the change without a back-office ticket.
Cash payments are handled end to end: the courier sees the updated amount, the POS reconciles it, and the customer gets a single accurate receipt on the spot.
